Plymouth And District Coarse Angling Club

Welcome to PADCAC

Here at Plymouth And District Coarse Angling Club (PADCAC) we are open to all. To fish on our lakes you will need a current & valid membership or a day/24hr ticket both of which are available to purchase online here, you will also need an active EA fishing license for the correct amount of rods you intend to use (Three rods permitted from 1st October to the 1st of March, all dates outside of this are strictly two rods only) available to purchase here.

Our aim is to provide everyone with well maintained venues & lakes where our priority is on fish health and welfare, whilst offering decent catch rates and an enjoyable experience. As a member you have access to five lakes 365 days a year, across three venues in Devon and Cornwall, where you can enjoy fishing in peaceful settings surrounded by wildlife. We have three lakes at our Cadover venue which is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty up on Dartmoor with Lower lake, Main lake, and Car Park lake available to fish. St Germans is situated on the Port Elliott Estate in Cornwall, its an old estate lake set in beautiful surroundings and is proper old school. Finally we have our newest lake to the club which was purpose designed and dug by ourselves back in 2005 and is situated in Filham Park, Ivybridge. This lake is particularly suitable for those with limited mobility as we have a level tarmac path that runs around the entire lake and gives access to wooden platforms laid level to the path.

All our lakes offer a wide range of coarse fish species including Common & Mirror Carp, Crucian Carp, Tench, Chub, Bream, Perch, Roach, Rudd, and Eels.
All the lakes are well stocked with most offering carp well into their late twenties and maybe a few to the early thirties, all other fish are well into specimen sizes.

We look forward to welcoming you on the bank soon.
